I feel that these are very helpful tips, especially tailoring employee training to an individuals learning style.

There is something to be said for finding each employee's "type" and having them play towards their strengths. employers who either ignore or just don't comprehend this fact end up being incompitant and disliked by most- if not all- of their employees. My manager definately knows this stuff from the way i see him act- although sometimes when he doesnt feel like playing around he does exactly OPPOSITE of what this article says. But also i have a newbie manager who needs to read this article because he has no idea how to manage people or time.

I think that in order to be a good manager you have to start the change from yourself. I liked this article because it is talking about how to change? I do agree that listening to your employees and trying to identify their strengths will definitely benefit the business.
