The two people who are the essential elements are the sender and receiver. The sender encodes the ideas and sends the message over to the receiver through various channels such as email, mail, and phones. The receiver decodes the message by picking what is important in the message to them. The receiver sometimes gives feedback on the information to make the communication process continuous.

Manager’s can implement goals and strategies- communicating new strategies and goals provide information about specific targets and expected behaviors and provide direction. Job instructions and rationale- These directives indicate how to do a specific task and how the job relates to other organizational activities. Procedures and Practices- These messages define the organization’s policies, rules, regulations, benefits, and structural arrangements.
Why a company has to use a balance sheet?(640) Balance sheet shows the firm’s financial position with respect to assets and liabilities at a specific point in time.
Why some companies choose to use an open-book management?(653) Open-book management allows employees to see for themselves—through charts, computer printouts, meetings, and so forth of the financial condition of the company.

ANSWER:Employee productivity, which is having workers produce more output in the same time period. managerial productivity, managers do a better job of running the business

Process control systems are used in factories such as petroleum refineries and electric power plants. It uses special sensing devices that monitor and record physical phenomena such as temperature or pressure changes. It then relays this information to a computer for processing.

Forming - characterized by orientation and acquaintence.
Storming - individual roles, personalities and conflicts emerge.
Norming - conflicts that come up during the storming stage become resolved. team harmony and unity emerge.
